Debt relief inbound calls / pay-per-call

Inbound debt relief calls begin when a consumer dials from an advertisement, unlike live transfers that an agent pre-qualifies and warm-transfers. This pay-per-call product is rolling out to approved buyers. Pricing is confirmed on approval; $75–$175 is the existing live-transfer reference range, not a separate inbound-call quote.

Updated

A consumer dials the advertised number instead of submitting a form or receiving an agent's outbound call.

What you get

  • Consumer initiates the call
  • Not an agent-qualified warm transfer
  • Rolling out to approved buyers
  • Qualification, hours and pricing on approval

Inbound origin is not pre-qualification

An advertisement can describe eligible debt and service areas, but a caller still needs screening. Your team must confirm debt types, payment status, income and state. An inbound call does not establish eligibility for a settlement program, repayment plan or loan.

Agree the pay-per-call terms first

Before accepting calls, agree qualifying criteria, supported states, staffed hours, attribution and billing conditions. Use $75–$175 only as the current live-transfer reference; inbound pricing is on approval. No telephony service is claimed to be live here.

Your compliance obligations still apply

Consumer-initiated calls are not an exemption from all telemarketing rules. Review the advertisement, disclosures, call handling and any later outbound contact with counsel. Buyers remain responsible for licensing and TSR compliance.
