Source channels: owned calculators and paid campaigns
Owned calculator sites, search advertising and paid campaigns can generate consumer inquiries, but these are channel descriptions, not claims that particular campaigns or owned consumer sites are active. The public ROI and CPA tools here are buyer planning tools, not consumer lead-source evidence. Request source details when assessing supply.
Capture and qualification
Approved sources submit debt profiles, contact fields, attribution and a consent record through keyed intake. Intake validates required fields, phone format and consent evidence, checks phone/email duplicates over the configured window and flags homeowner equity signals. The debt and income profile remains self-reported; buyer underwriting or program assessment is still necessary.
Source review is not a legal guarantee
Source management records status and a compliance checklist, with lead, sale and return reporting. This is operational review, not independent certification of every advertisement. A DNC integration is not active: the present intake step is a placeholder, so buyers must perform required Do Not Call and contact checks. A certificate is evidence to review, not permission for every future call or text.
How buyers receive purchased records
Eligible campaigns match debt categories, states, payment status, budget and delivery hours. Purchased records appear in the dashboard, with webhook delivery attempts logged and CSV export available. Email notification delivery depends on sender setup; SMS and card charging remain placeholders. Inbound calls and live transfers are rolling out to approved buyers, not generally live telephony.
