One-to-one consent, TrustedForm and Jornaya certificates, and the consent record fields every lead buyer should demand.
Demand the full consent record
For every lead, you should receive: the checkbox state, timestamp, IP address, user agent, the page URL where consent was given, the exact consent language shown, and a third-party certificate ID. Anything less leaves you exposed if a consumer claims they never agreed to be called.
One-to-one consent
The strongest consent language names the specific sellers who may contact the consumer, rather than a sweeping list of 'marketing partners.' The FCC adopted a one-to-one consent rule for lead generators in 2023; although the Eleventh Circuit vacated it in January 2025 before it took effect, one-to-one language remains the safest practice and the direction regulators have signaled.
TrustedForm and Jornaya
Third-party certificates from TrustedForm or Jornaya independently witness the consumer's form session. If a dispute arises, the certificate — not your vendor's word — is the evidence. Every lead we sell includes one.
Keep records for five years
The TCPA statute of limitations runs four years; keep consent records at least five. We retain them for you and expose them in your dashboard and webhook payload.
