For every lead we store the checkbox state, timestamp, IP address, user agent, page URL, exact consent text, and a TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate ID — retained for 5 years and available in your dashboard.
Marketing guardrails
Our lead sources may not promise a specific settlement percentage, describe any program as a government program, or promise a timeframe other than 24–48 months. No consumer incentives.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers accept our Buyer Terms at signup and are responsible for their own licensing, state registration, and Telemarketing Sales Rule compliance — including the prohibition on advance fees.
DNC & de-duplication
Leads are de-duplicated by phone and email over 30 days and pass through a DNC scrub step at ingest.
Restricted states
Some states impose additional licensing or restrict debt settlement services. These states are flagged in the campaign state picker so you can confirm you're properly licensed before buying.
